Wyndham Eco Global Village and Punarvasu Real Estate sign agreement, Eco Valley Smart City to move forward

Kathmandu – A formal understanding and agreement has been signed between the two companies with the aim of developing an international standard, environmentally friendly and smart township in Nepal.

The agreement was signed between Wyndham Eco Global Village Pvt. Ltd. Director D.N. Ghising and Punarvasu Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. Chairman Laxmi Bahadur Nagarkoti.

According to the agreement, the Eco Valley Smart City project will be developed in Nepal, which will be inspired by the Friendship City concept between Godavari Municipality of Nepal and Wyndham City of Australia.

It is said that for this project, about 1,125 ropanis of land in the Dhukku Chaap area of ​​Godavari has already been approved by the Government of Nepal for the integrated settlement project.

The project is said to prioritize the smart city concept, green technology, sustainable urban development, modern infrastructure and international investment attraction.

Both sides have expressed their commitment to work together to make the project a success. The project is expected to establish Nepal as a new international destination for sustainable urban development and smart community building.
